1. Parties and acceptance
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the websites, Demo Center, product labs, and related materials of NexusPilot Labs™ (“NexusPilot Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these Terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. The services
NexusPilot Labs offers three products, demonstrated on this site without change of scope: NexusPilot AI Control Tower (governed gateway for models, agents and MCP, with Indian DPDP controls, SAP Control Plane, sovereign routing, FinOps and evidence); NexusPilot AI Operations (exception graph, DNA, confidence, impact, simulator, replay and prevention); and ResilienceOS Supply Chain (global + India + UAE/Saudi decision loop from signal to verify).
The public Demo Center uses synthetic tenant data. A demo is not a production deployment, not a security assessment of your landscape, and not a commitment to specific SLA, model, or outcome figures shown in a walkthrough.
3. Evaluations, pilots, and requests
Demo, partnership, and enquiry forms request information so we can reply. Submitting a form does not create a paid contract. Paid licences, pilots, and professional services require a separate written agreement.
You must not upload live production credentials, personal data of third parties, or regulated datasets into public labs. Use the synthetic tenant unless a written evaluation environment is provisioned.
4. Intellectual property
NexusPilot Labs™, NexusPilot, NexusPilot AI Control Tower, NexusPilot AI Operations, ResilienceOS Supply Chain, and related logos are trademarks of NexusPilot Labs. The site, architecture diagrams, Demo Center consoles, and documentation remain our property or that of licensors.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the public site for evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or republish the labs, except for reasonable excerpts in an internal evaluation with attribution.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: probe or disrupt the site; attempt to bypass policy, SoD, or guardrail demonstrations as if they were production controls; misrepresent affiliation; or use the site to train competing models on our materials.
Automated access is allowed only for indexing public pages in a polite manner. Authenticated or lab endpoints must not be crawled.
6. Confidentiality
Non-public product detail we share in a briefing, and non-public information you share in a form or call, will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate a relationship, unless it is already public, independently developed, or required by law.
7. Third-party systems
Walkthroughs may name SAP, ServiceNow, FASTag, UPI, Tally, or other systems as context. We are not affiliated with those vendors unless a separate partnership is stated. Names are used to describe integration patterns only.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND DEMOS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Figures such as revenue at risk, recurrence reduction, or resilience scores in a lab are illustrative for the synthetic case, not a guarantee for your operations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexusPilot Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the public site or a demo.
Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the public site is limited to INR 10,000 or the amount you paid us for the specific public service giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. Indemnity
You will indemnify NexusPilot Labs against claims arising from your misuse of the site, your content in a form, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Term
We may suspend or stop the public site or a demo at any time. Sections that by nature should survive (IP, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, governing law) survive.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer venue.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance of the new Terms. Last updated 4 September 2026.
