How NexusPilot Labs™ handles personal data from the website, Demo Center, and demo, partnership, and enquiry forms — including rights under India’s DPDP Act, 2023.

Last updated 4 September 2026

1. Who we are

NexusPilot Labs™ is the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website. We operate India · Remote & Global. Contact the team at business@nexuspilotlabs.in or +919958346925.

2. What we collect

When you submit a demo, partnership, or enquiry form we collect name, work email, company, role, phone if provided, product interest, and your message. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referring URL, timestamps) from hosting.

The public Demo Center is a synthetic tenant. It does not ingest your SAP, ServiceNow, or employee records. Do not paste live secrets or personal data of others into labs or forms.

3. Why we use it

We use form data to reply to your request, schedule a walkthrough of NexusPilot AI Control Tower, NexusPilot AI Operations, or ResilienceOS Supply Chain, assess a partnership, and keep a record of the conversation.

We use logs to operate, secure, and debug the site. We do not sell personal data. We do not use form contents to train public foundation models.

4. Legal basis (India DPDP)

For form submissions we rely on your consent (the checkbox) and on legitimate uses necessary to respond to a request you initiated, under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules as applicable.

You may withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect a reply already in flight or records we must keep for legal claims.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors who host email, site infrastructure, and (if you ask) calendar tools, under confidentiality. We may disclose information if required by Indian law or to protect the company, users, or the public.

If a form mailto draft is opened on your device, that message is sent through your own mail provider, not through our servers.

6. Retention

Enquiry and demo records are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, or longer if needed for a contract, dispute, or legal obligation. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days unless needed for security investigation.

7. Your rights

Subject to DPDP and other applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, and a summary of processing, and you may nominate a person to exercise rights in case of death or incapacity where the Act provides.

Write to business@nexuspilotlabs.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to verify you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India once the grievance process has been used.

8. Grievance

Grievance officer (website): NexusPilot Labs, business@nexuspilotlabs.in, +919958346925. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours and resolve within the period required by applicable rules.

9. Cross-border

We are India-based. Processors may store data in India or in regions permitted under DPDP and a contract. Sovereign deployment of the products themselves is a contractual matter and is not implied by using this marketing site.

10. Cookies

The site uses cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary for the Demo Center session and to remember a form confirmation on your device. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on these pages.

11. Children

The site is for enterprise buyers and operators. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18.

12. Security

We use HTTPS, access control on operational mailboxes, and least-privilege hosting. No method of transmission is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords or production dumps through the public forms.

13. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Last updated 4 September 2026.
